Corrugation Machine
The machine offers high rate of production and enhance efficiency. The corrugated flute rollers, pressure rollers and glue rollers are by Pneumatic adjustment. The flute rollers are mounted on bearings for smooth-running and imparts proper impression on paper. The middle flute roller is fitted with vacuum suction jacket instead of adapters which keep flute profile stable.
Semi Auto Corrugation
Semi-Automatic Oblique Type Single Face Paper Corrugating Machine Suitable for converting paper into corrugated 5 PLY 2ply,3 ply & 5 ply corrugated board. The machine is fitted with two set of flute rolls, self loading reel stand with reel shaft with strong quality out-put.
Reel to Sheet Cutter
Reel To Sheet Cutting Machine is used in shaping, cutting, and other operations on metals and other materials for proper foaming and corrugated arrangements.
Combined Rotary Creaser Slotter Machine
Combined Rotary Creaser Slitter Machine is used for trimming, creasing, slotting and corner cutting of sheets simultaneously. It has four creasing heads, four trimming heads, three slotting heads and one corner cutting head. Chain feeding arrangement is provided with two side gauges to feed the board.
